If you plan to carry out a process during this storm, stick to going and sitting for two hours until those people feel like helping you and they will do it even out of pity, they believe that people go there to beg for a job and they treat people as if they were destitute. (especially the receptionist)
What a disappointment that such important companies work with this type of storm, better not to show up.
