I’m giving one star, and it’s mainly for my colleagues—because of them, I was able to manage the work for at least a few months. However, based on my experience, this is not the right place for someone seeking career growth, a valuable work environment, or opportunities to learn new skills.
There was no mentorship or guidance provided; you’re expected to figure everything out on your own. While I did manage to gain skills and experience through self-learning, I didn’t receive the appreciation or recognition I felt I deserved.
If you’re considering this place for an internship, it might be worth a try. But for those looking for a long-term, full-time, or permanent position—this may not be the right environment to grow or build a fulfilling career.

My experince working under Agency Smarttrend. When you first start working, montly salary will be on time end off date in every month.After a couple off month working,it start worse. Always late. No more on time.

One recruiter called for screening associate position and later one Indian manager called me to schedule interview. During the interview started unfortunately my connection wasn’t stable because I only have mobile data.
She told no problem and will reschedule on Monday but until now she never call me for reschedule. I keep messaged and called but she never respond.
And the recruiter said I was rejected because of poor communication. Whattt??? I was extremely disappointed. Just because I don’t have stable connection, I was rejected without giving chance!!!
Example on how recruitment agency shouldn’t be!!!
