I tried to use the service to explore long-term visa with the agency. Settled on setting up a company and apply for employment visa. Michelle, apparently taking over business from her mother, set in the meeting from the beginning so were aware of issues and assured us no issues.
Long story short, she told us employment visa for one of the director is not feasible due to lack of experience. She claims she can’t do anything to refund expenses due to companies are not hers, actually set up separate entities due to legalities and liabilities. Don’t trust anything Michelle says. She will say anything to get the business and deny any responsibilities.
