The office managers whether it was Ramdhane or Kelly , or currently Jeffrey ,are exceptionally professional, very good at their job and very efficient, they deserve the best praise for what they do, sometimes its not easy to deal with the tenants.
The pool and the pool area need to be completely scrapped and renovated, not sure why they keep « cleaning » it over and over again , and I still wouldn’t swim in it,got severe skin eczema from it, too bad because amenities are important and especially the cleanliness , lot to do in that area
The building is fairly well maintained and clean at all times as the cleaning staff does a really good job.
Lacking security at the door,and new key fob system for the building entry, this isnt 1975 anymore

Best location in town!
Conveniently situated near three metro stations, with downtown just around the corner.
The building was previously in need of maintenance, but the new administration is making great efforts to address these issues.
They provide excellent service, clear and fair contracts, and show empathy and understanding toward tenants. This makes it an ideal place for newcomers and students alike.

Today I have signed the lease in The Seguenay apartment , thinking of staying with the family , the environment of the building is good. I would like to give a special thanks to the Kelly that has operated very nicely from showing the house to the lease, very nice behaviour, every presentation is very charming.
