A friend refer me to someone from the agency but she couldn’t find anything appropriate with the criterias and salary expectations. She said she will forward my application to a colleague and never heard from them again. I even downloaded the app to facilitate the browsing and be able to send applications since on their website there’s several bugs. I sent my resume for different positions (admin, customer service, hybrid, remote, temporary, full time) and never got any follow up from anyone at the agency, no recruiter, no agent, no phone call to discuss further the opportunities available or have a better understanding of my profile and experiences. Personally, is not a reliable agency for professionals. If you’re really looking for career opportunities, Quantum and Randstad actually called you with real job offers within a week.
