I am an Ex-CSS Corp employee. I joined CSS Corp as a fresher. On that day, There were thousands of people in that test, in-front of me. I told myself that it is OK, even if I don’t clear this interview, at least i have a job offer. But either luckily or unluckily, I made till the final rounds and we were 8 freshers who made through it. I was so happy. After 20 days i got the offer letter. I joined immediately. It was nice. I was full of energy and enthusiasm. It all was going well. Since I worked in a manual testing profile in Sales force domain. I have signed a bond for 24 months. I can’t resign during that period. People are mostly chill there and work environment is pretty cool. Although you have to clock 8 hour/day. It is mandatory. Work is pretty much same all the time, not so much in terms of learning new things. It happened with me, Life has never been so good. After 6 months, project get shutdown and company got fired with 10 days notice period and next 1 month salary paid. Extreme politics and a horrible work environment. There is no concept of favoritism. If you are good at what you do and have knowledge, then you don’t need to find other ways of survival. The HR’s favor the higher level of managers and ignore the other employees. Though, not much leaves are allowed even if you get 24 leaves in a year. Of course, comp off needs to be approved by your manager. Job is not secure after completing 6 months also. It’s a horrible place to work and now I know how other’s are having moved away from the company. It was companies like CSS who continued hiring and firing the employees. If we lose one opportunity, we can try with some other company. But if we lose our time, we cant get it back. No people. I never joined #CSS CORP again. Fresher’s try other companies in Bangalore, don’t waste your time here. It was the worst work experience ever. After a month, I got an offer from another product based MNC. Much better than what I had. I’m finally in a good work place. Just want to share my story to give a boost for at-least 1 person who ever in this situation now.
In fact, if you work at CSS the next company will offer you great salary. CSS has a great market value. Cheers! Wishing all readers an absolutely fantastic career. 😊
