HR department is terrible at communicating & managing the employees health insurance. I am a travel nurse with Aequor & for my last contract I did not get my insurance member ID until being 2 months into my contract, which has never been the case in my 4 years as a travel nurse with many different agencies. Once my contract ended I was getting my insurance through cobra. Not only did they not advise me of my cobra continuation option, when I asked them about it and they finally submitted my elections (1 month after employment) they submitted it incorrectly leaving out my partner. When trying to resolve the issue with HR they would not answer my calls or respond to emails. I have had urgent medical issues that continue to be delayed directly related to Aequor’s lack of competence and communication. I would not recommend this company to any of my travel nurse friends, as a dependable travel nurse agency responsibilities goes beyond just booking a job.

I absolutely love working with Aequor! Communication is always seamless, and their response time is lightning-fast. Any issues I’ve had—though rare—are handled quickly and professionally. Truly a top-notch team!
