Typical dodgy recruitment agency, calls you, gets you in for an interview then interviews you like they never even bothered to read your resume. I get that businesses have KPIs, but this isn’t how you do it. Expected better from the “Director” Peter, not a company I would recommend, the second I walked out their door I didn’t even exist.
Edit- have since received a phone call with a legal threat from the “Director” telling me to remove my review. Ok bro

Bad experience. Adviza positioned me for a role with Collinson Group. After 6 weeks, and going for the final interview, which went well, I have not received any updates or feedback about the outcome. The recruiter Christian Dayrit, does not respond to text or phone calls. Adviza seems to operate in a transactional way, and not follow through to deliver a good candidate experience. After spending 6 weeks in 4 interviews, the least I would expect is a closing on the process whether it’s positive or negative. The recruiter said he would call me with the result, but he never did.

Nick Challingsworth reached out to me a week or 2 ago with an employment opportunity and has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process and ultimately landing me the job. He went above and beyond in answering any questions I’ve had along the way and I can not recommend him enough.
