We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to hire a nanny from the Local Nanny Network for our dog on our wedding day! Our dog was our Flower Girl and we also wanted her to be a part of the entire wedding day from getting ready with me and my bridesmaids through the ceremony and reception and until the end of the night. We hired Noelle who was AWESOME. She was able to meet with our dog a few months before our wedding and also attend the rehearsal, which were both very helpful. And then on our wedding day she went above and beyond simply just watching our dog, taking her out for walks, making sure she had water, etc. During professional photos, she helped get our dog’s attention so that she would look at the camera (it is usually very difficult to get our dog to sit and pose for photos, but Noelle was able to get her to do this using treats!) and Noelle herself also took awesome photos with her phone of our dog throughout the wedding day, which we really appreciated. We wanted our dog to not just be at the wedding, but to be a part of it and Noelle was able to make this happen! For example, she brought our dog out onto the dance floor so that our dog could partake in the revelry! Noelle was great at reading the situation and knowing what would be appropriate based on our conversations before the wedding day. Furthermore, Noelle had such a great attitude and an upbeat personality so she fit in well with my bridesmaids and the other guests while still remaining professional. We could tell that Noelle has a genuine love for dogs (and our dog loved her too)! I was thrilled that Noelle did such a great job taking care of our dog and that because of her our dog was able to be a big part of our special day!

Lisa Skillman and the team at the Local Nanny Network were a joy to work with from start to finish. I hired the agency for the children’s room during my wedding dinner and reception at The Clifton Inn. The process of setting everything up was so simple and there were zero issues throughout the entire process. All of the nannies were all fantastic! Everyone was talking about how great the team was and how much fun all the children had. They kept all of the children entertained with games, crafts, movies and more. Thanks Local Nanny Network for making this part of my wedding such a breeze to organize.

My family was traveling out of state for a wedding at Trump Winery. My husband and I were both in the wedding and our 2 year old was the flower girl. We had no other family attending the event and were so nervous about keeping our daughter entertained (without disrupting the ceremony!). Lisa was an absolute life saver. Our daughter instantly took to her (which is very rare!) and Lisa even managed to get her to walk down the aisle without a single hiccup. We planned to keep our daughter with us for the majority of the reception and only use Lisa as “back-up”, but it was clear our daughter was having fun with Lisa so we let them go off and play. (Lisa had a whole trove of toys and books that our daughter was excited to play with.) I can’t even say how wonderful it was to have our daughter pop in and out throughout the wedding and still be able to relax and have some child-free fun at the reception. Even as nervous first-time parents, we were completely at ease having Lisa with our daughter all afternoon and night. And as if we needed any additional reassurance, the first thing our daughter said when she woke up the next morning was, “Fun with Lisa!”.
