The team at Advent Talent Group completely failed me and the company they were hiring for. I was given an offer and accepted two days later to find out they then had someone else they wanted to have interview. I wasted a week of my time. I withdrew applications because I had received an offer. I never got the job. Terrible place to deal with. Very poor communication to me and the hiring company.
