Having dealt recently with Advanced Selection whilst trying to find a suitable candidate for a temporary post, I can verify their tenacity and professionalism to find solutions. Happy to help and dedicated to finding candidates that match the role profile (not just firing over multiple irrelevant CVs for me to spend time sifting), they ensured that those sent for interview were worth the time investment, which is an invaluable service as a hiring manager. Would not hesitate to use again given the opportunity.

This company is hugely unprofessional and very out-dated in how they do business. I went here for an interview and the office was extremely unkempt and untidy. The interview had no clear structure and they asked extremely random questions, they also revealed how old and unreliable their database was that they used for their recruitment. I was rejected a second interview on the basis that I “Looked scruffy” despite wearing full business attire. As a seasoned recruiter I thought it was ironic in the extremity that they declined me for this when their own attire and general state of their office left a lot to be desired. I later learned from a friend who worked there (just for one day as they couldn’t stand it any longer) that they had mocked my interests and insulted my appearance to them when they mentioned they had worked with me previously. Highly unprofessional and downright rude and bigoted. Needless to say I would advise anyone who wants a career in recruitment, in a decent company that looks after its employees and is professional to avoid this place at all costs. With the out-dated way they run things and their deep lack of professionalism I can’t see them being in business much longer anyway.
