The last time my mother was hospitalized she was discharged on hospice to Life Care Center of Red Bank. She could have chosen any Life Care center in the Chattanooga area but wanted Red Bank. She had been admitted to Red Bank one other time, and it had been a very positive experience for her. This last stay in Red Bank mother was very well taken care of. The CNAs kept her clean and well fed. The nurses made sure she was not in any pain. Many of the staff that took care of my mother the first stay were still at Red Bank and took care of my mother her second stay. The staff was there for my sister and I when mother passed away.

The time came when we had to find an assisted living facility for my Mom. I had no idea where to begin. In the end, her long term health care options led us to a LifeCare Center. We had hoped for Collegedale but it was full so we ended up in Red Bank. It ended up being a “happy accident” in that my Mom did very well there. Everyone from the lady in reception to the nurses and other care providers have been great. Every single person was nice, kind and committed to providing good friendly health care. Mom seemed to really enjoy the food; which at her age, meals are an important part of the day.
For me, I was looking for clean and friendly. LifeCare of Red Bank was both. When visiting facilities, the first thing I looked at was the floors. As you can see in the attached pictures, the floors and rooms are clean and tidy. This ended up being a great facility and Mom has been very happy.
Honestly, what more can you ask for?

This was my dad’s fourth time at LCRB for rehab. EVERY time the experience had been wonderful. I can’t say enough to praise the staff and the superb care they provide. The surgery that required rehab care was extensive. I was unsure if he would get to go home.. ever. He’s going home tomorrow!! His care plan is in place, all at home care are scheduled, and we are prepared. A special Kudo Shout Out for Susan who has been my life line throughout this entire process. If you are considering LCRB for your loved one… put it at the top of your list.
