I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this agency. I paid a total of $5,300, out of which $4,000 (2000 was refundable and the other 2000 was refundable if visa is rejected) was supposed to be refundable if the visa was refused, and yet not even $1 has been refunded.
Since January 2024, I have been repeatedly following up, and despite being told “you’ll get a response today or tomorrow,” I received nothing but silence or vague excuses. I made multiple polite and clear requests over several months, but they have failed to honor their own refund terms or respond responsibly.
This experience has been frustrating and emotionally draining. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, I strongly advise against dealing with this agency. They’ve broken trust and shown no regard for clients once they’ve been paid
