I would like to bring to your attention that I resigned from your organization not after four months, but within just 3 months and 15 days. During my tenure, I encountered unprofessional behavior from one of your team leaders, who inappropriately questioned me by asking, *”Aren’t you normal?”* I also witnessed instances where employees were subjected to gossip and unprofessional conduct within the workplace. Despite raising concerns and enduring such an environment, no support or resolution was provided.
Furthermore, while Adept claims to welcome freshers, there was a noticeable reluctance to offer the necessary guidance and training essential for a newcomer’s development. It has also come to my attention that both current and former employees are being encouraged to post positive reviews about Adept on Google, which raises concerns regarding the authenticity and transparency of such feedback.
I felt it necessary to formally share this honest feedback for your consideration.
