It has been about a year of delay and being strung along with no action on promises made. This is an Email exurb made to Ms. Myung on 3/25. Very disappointing that no one from the board contacted me on a year long stressful project. Just keep this in mind. People with disabilities are not disposable, and should not be distressed for help, especially from a company that specializes in helping the disabled.
I can’t imagine the amount of disabled individuals, that were put through a wringer, that were afraid to speak up in fear of losing the contract. With you having a 3.2 star rating on google, one must be vocal and stand up for this that can’t. You should have 5 stars. Shameful.
Too many mistakes were made in my situation that someone needs to be held accountable, so I had no choice but to file a complaint with NYS Attorney General for Non Profits.
I have been punished enough.

ADAPT is not a great company for the accessibility for Deaf/HOH individuals & staff. They are not knowledge of Deaf cultures. Very oppression and lack of communication for Deaf needs. Don’t go there!!

I wish I could give them negative 10 stars. This Place is nothing but a Scam. Worst agency ever. If you don’t want your time wasted don’t go here!
