Not general aviation friendly. Flew in with my wife in a 172 11/23 to depart 11/25. Wanted to do Skyline flight first but the ceilings were too low. Went back 11/24. Was told that they would leave my ticket open and not charge me additional. Went for a 1 hour flight and returned. Checked in before leaving. Supervisor Leidy went out of her way to come over to the customer service representative helping me and took over. She closed me out, opened a new one, charged me another round of fees and had the audacity to add an extra fee for the Bears game. Very rude and confrontational. Had no care in the world. We won’t be back to an Atlantic.

Everyone is so friendly here. They have a nice separate cafe area to heat up food with vending machines. They always have fresh fruit and water.
