It seemed like a delayed process to me but within the norm. A little confusion with the documents they requested, they made me fill out two forms that did not correspond to me. Furthermore, people do not usually carry these complete documents and those from the stationery store on the first floor take the opportunity to charge more expensively, a few blocks away they find one with fairer prices. I highlight the attention of the server Ana María, a very empathetic, kind and diligent person.
