Bad service. I worked with them for a while and I don’t really recommend them. The contracts had a duration of 15 days and they were not even fulfilled. This was my first contract job and I was never enrolled in an AFP, as I should have been. The contract offered the delivery of safety shoes and a t-shirt that never arrived. Thank goodness I was never late with payments, however, I never received a salary settlement. By contract they should have paid me a certain amount per hour, but they paid me less and I wonder, where is the rest of the money if they never enrolled me in an AFP? How can I know if they never gave me a salary statement? They assigned shifts from one moment to the next and if you couldn’t take them, it was your responsibility to find a replacement or if not, they forced you to attend. I tried to resolve these types of problems with the supervisors, but I did not receive a response from them even though they spoke without a problem to ask you for information or send new shifts. I honestly did not see any concern on their part to try to reach an agreement and resolve any doubts or problems that may arise. Nothing to say about the work environment with coworkers, it is the company that is inefficient and unprofessional

Very unserious company, I do not recommend working with them, I had been working from November 2024 to April of this year, since they decided not to assign me more shifts for some reason, they do not tell you why, magically they stopped assigning me shifts from one day to the next, I came to think that it was because I did not accept double shifts, since due to studies I could not, I explained it, and they stopped assigning me shifts, in retaliation, since doing double shifts is OPTIONAL and I see it as unfair to have retaliation this guy for not being able to do double shifts. For this, say that it is essential to do double shifts, and then the worker can decide whether or not to accept working with you. I see it as absurd and unethical to “punish” workers by not assigning shifts for not being able to do double shifts, when in my case I never, and I repeat, NEVER failed to comply with my normal shifts, I always arrived on time, I was responsible, and I never had anyone tied up. The supervisors don’t answer either, you talk to them to clarify doubts, manage shifts, and no one says anything, that’s why I insist, it is a very unserious company, and I do not recommend working with them at all.

I recommend not working with this company, they promise you a salary of 590 thousand where it is 2900 and a fraction per hour, and after 3 months you go to permanent employment at the Paseo Ross mall, as a consequence as the weeks go by they begin to take away your shifts, and if you are lucky they pay you for the hours you worked, because that’s the other thing, there is always a lack of money, they work with Venezuelan supervisors who never answer the phone, whether you are good or bad at doing the job yes or no. If they kick you out before 3 months, but if they can bore you so that you stop working for them, it is better. Activos Chile is just the name, because it is the facade of a Venezuelan company that works like a mafia collecting your data to make false identity cards for undocumented Venezuelans. They don’t pay contributions, they force you to work double shifts, work 4 Sundays of the month and cover shifts in other locations. Added to that is that I signed an annex which said that I would receive my safety equipment, but in reality I only received a rope. Do not work with this company.
