Staff is rude today I spoke to Joshua after leaving a message for Cindy yesterday. At the time yesterday my mother hadn’t passed away . On Thursday morning I finally got a message from Cindy Morris who is very rude in her response saying she can’t meet with me until Monday when I clearly told Joshua my mom funeral is Monday . So if she had got the message I gave Joshua she would have know my mom funeral is Monday. No empathy or condolences offered just telling me what at this point she can meet with me. I don’t recommend using them to get employed talking and treating people crazy is wrong and no one is desperate to be treated like that .

Cyndi Waller, one of their recruiters, helped me find a wonderful job! I connected with Cyndi through a mutual friend and I was so thankful that Cyndi had the insight to post job needs on her Facebook page because that is how my friend notified me about work. I was affected by a Covid layoff in 2020, and I had the hardest time looking for work. I am so thankful I got to connect with Cyndi because she connected me to a great company, where they have been training me on new skills to and really set me up for success. Cyndi had faith that I could do the job (even when I had doubted myself) and even got my new employers excited to meet me and work with me. I had been a temp/contractor for months for my current company, but finally got hired in as a full time employee. I attribute a lot of my success to Cyndi and the Action Tech team. They were there for my full support when I needed it, and I know that even though I may not be working with Action Tech anymore, I can always come back to them if I need to. If you are looking for a job, go to Action Tech and ask for Cyndi Waller. She is so good at placing you where your talents will shine through.

Seeing an overall 1 star rating for this company is not surprising at all. Don’t waste you’re time with this agency. I spoke with Katie Connell who in a “Sr Recruiter” she is unprofessional and unresponsive. Worst employment agency I’ve literally experienced.
