I always order through app, usually two to three times a week at this location with mostly same customized item. Just received my order at 3:41pm today (Feb10). The coffee looks like someone drank it half. This is so ridiculous. Im very disappointed at this order. The barista tried to argue with me about my order. With the same recipe, I haven’t received anything like this at this location :((
Update: I believe they took a lot of effort on training staffs. Lately every single orders I had with them being pleasant and tasty. Happy to come back!!

This is one of my two daily go-to Starbucks locations and it’s hands down one of the best parts of my morning routine. I always order ahead through the mobile app, and without fail, my drink is ready and perfectly made the moment I walk in. The team here is incredibly friendly and kind—every single morning I’m greeted with a warm smile and a genuine “have a great day,” and it truly makes a difference. Their consistency, positivity, and attention to detail go such a long way. It might seem like a small thing, but starting the day with great service and a flawless coffee really does set the tone. Huge thanks to the amazing staff here—you’re appreciated more than you know!

For those who are in the Avenida Universidade area, this Starbucks is a great place to have meals, hold meetings and have some peace and quiet. The coffee shop is next to a commercial building and is close to several banks and shops, as well as being across from the St Patrick subway station and many bus stops.
The place is always very clean and organized, and the staff provides excellent service.
For customers with disabilities, who visit the place, there is an accessibility ramp, tables for walkers and wheelchairs, doors that close and open automatically, and adapted bathrooms. Unfortunately, there is no menu in Braille, but the staff is always ready to help with orders.
