I can’t say enough about AchieveAbilitites! The support that is given by staff (Ben and Chris) is top notch! Our son had been out of the workforce for a while and with the help and support he received, he is now working at a job he loves! He feels so much better about himself! The guidance provided by AchieveAbilities in job placement for my son (mildly autistic) was tremendous. Once we started working with them, the additional background support for finding possible placements and navigating interviews was so helpful and Ben’s encouragement and interview tutoring made the difference in my son finding his current position. In the retention phase, Ben has been so helpful in making sure that my son is understanding what his supervisor is communicating to him during training and is helping him to understand digital administrative skills that could have been a barrier for a person with communication disabilities. Ben’s clear communication with the supervisor has been instrumental in moving my son from part-time to full time employment in record time. His proactive help eliminated communication stresses so my son could concentrate on learning his new job. I am convinced that Ben’s capable guidance led to best case scenario for my son.
