This company terminated my contract without giving any reason. I tried reaching out to them, but they never responded, even though other staff had their contracts renewed. During my time there, I consistently performed well and brought in sales that were always on top and never dropped. I don’t understand why they terminated my contract so arbitrarily. They hire new people almost every month, but after I was let go, many others started realizing the truth and resigned as well. Now, they’re facing a serious staff shortage—some new hires quit within a month, and some didn’t even return after their first day because they felt uncomfortable with the working environment. That’s karma. They ignore people who genuinely want to work, and now they’re facing the consequences.

This workplace may not be ideal for long-term career growth. While it can serve as a suitable starting point, it lacks the stability and opportunities necessary for a sustainable career. The promises made by the management may not materialize, leading to disappointment and unfulfilled expectations.
