My name’s robert… i’m not a paid actor or friend of a worker. I’m an actual customer from Pennsylvania. I never ever go for temp services because of the stories I’ve heard but life had other plans . I didn’t have options and came here to accurate personel.. the illinois office specifically . Kinda just stumbled on it .but I’m glad I did. The woman who worked with me guided me every step of the way over the phone and through email ! If there was a question or an issue she helped me and it wasn’t like 4 days later. It was same day within 2 hours tops .If even an hour. Very rapid concise help ! Nonstop correspondence from start to finish to ensure all I needed to have filled out was filled out.. absolutely the best service I’ve ever experienced.. but wait there’s more ! Once I had to go to the Hazelton office to fill out some additional papers there were some issues with the internet and program not working properly. And my whole application process was wiped out !! The staff member who assisted me sat down called tech support and then proceeded to fill out the entire app process for me !!!! Think about this… Honestly.. who would do that for you ??? They didn’t say hey you gotta do this all over again .. she said sorry there was an issue and I’m going to do this for you !!! I’ve gotten my start date and I’ve gotten 2 notification calls one reminded me of my orientation date and time and today I got a call reminding me of my start date and time ! This company is not only worried about the employer they serve .But also the employees they hire !! Take it from someone who grew up all his life despising temp services , accurate personel just opened a door for me to gain meaningful employment , they have an extremely customer oriented and professional staff who actually know what their doing and they will help you every single step of the way 150%. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the personnel who have assisted me with this in Illinois and Hazelton pa. You know who you are ! And accurate personnel should recognize you both for your outstanding customer service to go above and beyond ! Sincerely Robert .

I regret working for this agency they had made my life a living hell not only mines but my family. They let me go for no good cause and retaliated against my kids that also worked for this agency. Will not recommend it at all. Poor management in the Bolingbrook office and the recruiters there are rude and unprofessional
