Joining Profit First Professionals has been a wonderful decision. It’s truly a win/win for everyone involved. Profit First Professionals has been a game changer for my business! I love how this system uses our own behavior to set up guard rails to help us work the system with small changes that help us achieve big results. I asked Profit First Professionals to recommend someone to me, and, long story short, it ended up being a terrible experience. The woman they connected me with completely screwed up my taxes, she refused to acknowledge it, and then she refused to pay for the amendment I had to file with a different CPA. I contacted Profit First and explained what happened, and I sent them previous email correspondence between myself and the tax preparer they had recommended. Within a week I had a meeting with Ron and he paid for the amendment that same day. So! The lesson is that even if you have trouble with one of the Profit First Professionals, this company has a lot of integrity and they are more than willing to make it right. I gotta admit, I am impressed with their professionalism!
