I applied for a job on Indeed, not really understanding that the recruitment for it was being handled by a 3rd party. So I was surprised and a little worried when a representative from AP Recruiters & Associates named Delfi called to review my materials and go over the position with me. Worry turned to excitement when my resume was submitted for consideration, I received an interview, AND was offered the job! Delfi was an incredible help the entire time. She gave me all of the job details, made sure that I understood the hours, the commute, the type of work, and the application process. She even reached out when she saw that some dates on my LinkedIn didn’t quite line up with my current resume so that I could update the site before the employer saw it. And the morning of my interview she called to remind me of the time and type of interview, which I felt was above and beyond. Through all these steps Delfi made sure I understood that I could contact her at any time with questions or for assistance. She was professional, clear, and efficient. Here in 2024, I have very low expectations regarding ANY application process. Delfi and AP Recruiters made me feel like I had professional value, and like my application materials were worthy of being seen by HUMAN BEINGS, not just algorithms and AI scanning for keywords. TL;DR if you see a job posting on Indeed (or anywhere) being handled by AP Recruiters, do yourself a favor and apply! Whether you land the job or not they will do everything they can to help you make your best effort. I will definitely be bookmarking their site for future applications.

My experience with AP Recruiters has been very positive. They were very responsive with questions and follow up on interviews and placement. They asked for input after meeting with the client and checked after the start date to make sure all was as expected. Very good support with employment documentation and bank information, too.
