I’ve been trying to contact Actalent’s Maryland offices for six weeks, calling twice daily at different times to avoid lunch breaks. Every call goes straight to voicemail—no matter the location. Even when I contacted their headquarters, I was transferred to a Maryland office, only to be sent straight to voicemail again. Not a single human interaction. How can a staffing agency operate like this? If you’re looking for job opportunities, I’d recommend steering clear—if they won’t even answer calls, I can’t imagine how they’d handle placing candidates.
