Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. They do absolutely nothing when customers have issues with their orders, and will ignore your emails when you request a refund, or claim that they “can’t do anything,” which is extremely unprofessional. I’ve had companies issue me refunds, offer to resend items, or come up with some type of agreement when orders are lost or messed up, and some of these were small companies that had a lot to lose. Not this company, they deserve to be sued or shut down. Would rate them 0 stars if I could.

Their K Beauty products are high quality. I use their “goat milk” hand lotion (Hand Therapy Verdant Olive) to keep my hands moisturized. Much better than $60 male lotions or any other hand lotions products that I have been using. It has a pleasing scent, soft, smooth, and lasts long. My wife loves doing facial masks with their K-beauty mask packs every night.

We have purchased a big display to think they are popular. We installed it in one store and did real bad. Not a lot of people bought it, displays cost twice as much as the products “you need 20 years to pay for the display alone”. They give you all kinds of promises, don’t buy that. If you really have to get it in your store, buy NYX it is much better seller and free displays. If you have questions, feel free to contact me
