The agency and Erin gave me great tips and recommendations on how I can improve on my job, she was really helpful for me to find my footing whenever im confused on something. She helped me get my current job, which is the highest pay I have ever have through this agency. And even after I got the job, she still checks up on me from time to time. I could also talk to her whenever I have concerns and questions! I have been working with this agency for over two years and I got my current Bronxville job through them in 2022. They have a super professional staff. Erin helps you with everything. I recommend them to both families and nannies. They want suitability and a lot of experience in a nanny for the positions that they offer, but at the same time the jobs are very well paid.
