I was working for the company on contractual basis of 6 months deputed at client’s plant at remote location.
My review is as follows:
The company is an manpower sourcing solution, adding to which one must understand that they will provide you with only salary in case you are recruited for an client company on Aarvi Encon’s payroll. The expectation of response from the HR team should be kept to be very minimal and specific. The company is providing manpower solutions in India and abroad as well, hence there might a a delay in response by their side, but they do.
But, its a very humble request to all those who have opted to work through Aarvi, please make your JD and KRA very clear and understood before joining itself, but won’t be of much help once you have joined, the company compensates with good salary,
The HR team is humble, and trying to give their best.
Also, another important thing is the job will mostly be contractual, extension will be subject to clients approval. Just be on your toes while working and have a standby job or keep searching for one before your tenure is about to end.
On concluding note, the company is good one, with a good salary compensation, no facilities, thats it. You can give it a shot. But have all parameters clear prior offer acceptance.

What a pathetic organization I started my job journey in 2014 but i never seen this kind of company. At the time of joining of Aarvi encon i was Very happy . When I got my first month of salary with huge deduction I tried to catch Hr but they didn’t answer my Mail/call/message and same in second month’s of my salary deducted. And finally I resign my job on 3rd month… Very bad experience with Hr pranali waghechour /Sunita Rajbhar Mumbai
