I happened to be looking for staffing agencies in the area so I stopped in to see what type of Industry this staffing agency covered. Upon entering the agencies open entryway, which happens to be right where the elevator dumps you, two ungroomed women stood staring, without smiles nor an introduction. I interrupted the awkward stare off by introducing myself and my purpose, but before I could finish I was asked if I had an appointment. I responded No, the ladies looked at each other and back at me and said nobody’s here to help you and I don’t think this is the right industry for you anyway…. we do real estate mostly and work with brokers, escrow…I responded with confusion, I am a Loan Officer, she quickly sighed, uh huh and…At this point I was shocked by the whole encounter. I decided to smile and respond with a simple, thank you for your time and walked out. Both women were depressingly in sync with their severely noticeable lack of customer service skills which should be required for those positioned as the first person to interact with your new clients.

I have worked with this staffing agency and found them to be very helpful. I always had work and was very happy with the company and staff. They are responsive and very nice to work with. Keep up the good work. I couldn’t be happier with them.
