Unfortunately, communication skills are not very good. Despite having an interview (one I felt was positive), I was unsuccessful which happens.
But despite asking three times for feedback, I have received utterly nothing. Again, companies are being interviewed just as much as the candidate. Feedback is important on both sides.
Furthermore with company actually being a recruitment agency, they know this better than anyone.

A1 jobs provided me with work over a 4 month period. I can recommend them enough, especially Lizanne and Alec who went above and beyond to find me work. I got work every day I asked and even when they didn’t have anything available they passed me onto Pat from another department who was able to find me work. The communication and effort they put in was second to none and the work they were able to provide helped me a lot while on the search to find a permanent job.

Absolutely awful, The business owner Pat will tell you what you want to hear. Literally has zero contact with his clients nor any real clue about work. After leaving a job as he told me he would have work for me I’ve managed to scrape 8 days from 15 working days. This guy is a liar and isn’t good at his job. Avoid like the plague.
In response to below, it wasn’t a break down, in communication, it was miscommunication on 3 consecutive days. A breakdown in communication is a loss in contact, been told I have work just for it to be changed last minute is miscommunication.
