Stacey Noto was amazing! I can’t say enough great things about Ultimate Staffing. I emailed my resume and immediately received a virtual interview invite. Within a week, I had an interview and temporary job, and .three months later I was offered a full-time position. Stacey was very involved and coached me before my interview and reached out to wish me luck on my first day. It’s so hard to find great customer service like I received at Ultimate Staffing. 1000% recommend!

I got contacted around May 23rd by Stacy regarding a phone call interview for us to discuss jobs. I said anytime the following week would work for me. She never responded to that email. It is now June 3rd. I also called and left a voicemal for someone to get back to me. Still crickets. Edit to add that she contacted me the same day after this bad review claiming my email went to her spam folder despite us emailing back and forth about 2 or 3 times…. But she wouldnt even consider submitting my resume unless I obtained letters from my last 3 employers with letters stating *why* I left. I left 2 of those companies 4 and 8 years ago but she said i needed these letters to submit my resume to a job. I had to contact hr for my previous employers and hr said “we do not state reasons in our letters. All you can get from us is confirming date of hire and date it ended. We can not give the reason nor if it was a voluntary resignation or if we fired you. ” So i was not able to get the letters, Stacy did not offer any other job and did not assist me. I went to another staff agency. They got me a job in a week and I got offered MORE by the company than what I requested from the agency. No letters needed “to verify short employments at these jobs” .. my resume was fine but Stacy wanted me to jump through hoops for one specific place instead of doing what the other agency did which was “this job may not work for you but i have other jobs i can send your resume to?” And i was willing to work with it because I understand i have been employed short term in multiple locations. Stacy just didnt want to assist me or offer other places that I could apply for. So stay away from this company before you get stuck with Stacy like me and waste time and effort and tears.

I have been with Ultimate for quite some time now. So glad I started with them. The people there are great at placing you with employers that suit your expertise. They are very well connected to employers in high end positions. I have recommended a few trustworthy people to them now they are hired directly with their employer.. I have a great job that I truly love and now permanent with them. Kudos to Ultimate I will always refer to you. Thank you Christine and Kelly!!!!!
