During my search for a first job, I have already come into contact with many recruiters and agencies. However, for me Annabelle is one of the few recruiters with a people-oriented (not purely sales-oriented) and refreshing approach. Annabelle not only genuinely took the time to listen to my wishes and interests, but also really took this into account. I got the feeling that she was genuinely concerned about me and my situation. Unlike other dead-end contacts, Annabelle regularly sent me a message with an update or a phone call to hear how the search was progressing. Annabelle understands better than anyone that regular follow-up is really important for candidates.
