I’ve been with this agency for nearly two years and have only been sent out for two jobs—one wasn’t even in my scope, and the other got cut short after a week. Before the New Year, I was promised more hours and upcoming projects in my field. Jillian said he’d stay in touch—I haven’t heard from him since January. They never pick up my calls, ignore messages, and the receptionist is rude and seems totally out of touch with the construction industry. I don’t think she’s ever worked a day of her life in construction . I have chat logs to support this message as well They called me about a job today while I was at work—no voicemail, no text, nothing. I called back as soon as I could and, as usual, no answer and no reply. This happens all the time. They never communicate properly and don’t seem to care if you actually get placed. Complete waste of time. The two jobs this agency sent me to were both unprofessional and showed a lack of care for workers. One job was completely outside my scope of work. I was told it was light labor, but I ended up hauling heavy bins full of wood for two full days. The other job was in my field, but it was promised as a two-week contract, only to be cut short after just one week. This shows the agency’s total disregard for workers’ time and expectations, as they failed to communicate properly and didn’t follow through on their promises. Their lack of professionalism and care for workers is clear, as they seem more interested in filling shifts than actually respecting workers’ needs. Worst of all, they’ve even asked me to help find safety workers for their last-minute shifts—last I checked, that’s their job, not mine. This agency is completely unprofessional and unreliable. If you’re looking for real opportunities and respectful communication, look elsewhere. After months of silence, I finally heard from a few decent people this afternoon, but the overall experience has been frustrating. I’m not sure how they maintain a 5-star rating, as everyone I’ve spoken to has had similar issues. If you want reliable work and professionalism, don’t waste your time with them.
