I had the pleasure of working with Sean M. as my recruiter. I’ve been a travel nurse for 2 years and have worked with previous recruiters for contract work, but this was my first time working with a recruiter for a permanent/full-time role. It was 10/10 an amazing experience. Interviewing and the application process for a new job is stressful enough, so it was so great having Sean as the “middle man” between the employer and I. I sometimes feel uncomfortable asking employers important questions during the first initial interviews – pay, benefits, insurance – but in working with Sean, he was able to answer all those questions with 100% transparency! And he was incredibly receptive the entire interview process! Working with Sean/a recruiter also let me know if I was right for the role and genuinely interested in the role before even interviewing. I highly recommend ABS Staffing Solutions to all you job seekers out there. They are sincerely caring, professional and responsible. My contact person Sean who is great because he works with me and expedited the whole on-boarding process. I’ve gotten 2 great temp jobs from him and I always felt he had my back. My experience with Sean was seamless! He was a great liaison between myself and the hiring party, and he made a conscious effort to keep me informed and updated with every step of the interview and hiring process.
