This community is the worst I have ever lived in. Every week we had cockroaches in our house (living on the sixth floor). The community management never solved the problem despite the numerous times we went to complain about this disgusting situation. Maintenance went to the apartment, but never efficiently solved the problem and the cockroaches always came out. The pool grills were closed during the months of end of November, December and first of January; and they never bothered to give good service to the people who lived there. The main access gate to the community was sometimes open, with no control of who enters the community and offering very low security. The windshield of my car was broken by a coconut that fell from a palm tree, while the car was parked in my private parking inside the community; and they never took care of the situation. The attention to the tenants is terrible and they never solve the problems. We were living with cockroaches for several months without the administration of the community giving us a real and efficient solution.

This place is horrible since we arrived here we spent work to wash, always broken the machines, 5 packages were stolen from us and there were no cameras to see who stole them, my car broke full of water from the floods but, old apartment and full of cockroaches but when we decided to leave that we couldn’t stand it anymore they charged us 4000 dollars but when we delivered the key on the 2nd they charged us 2700 dollars more and the administrator Mrs. MiMi with bad form told us that for a day you had to pay the month so if you don’t want to lose your money and deal with a racist avoid renting here.

Needs better management. I had my car towed while living here, maintenance issues, was told to take my kids to a park by management because they drew chalk on our balcony. Weed smells from the airbnb rental always coming and going, Broken front gate, broken washer and dryers, stolen packages and much more. The only nice thing was the location.
