My experience with 360 Talent Avenue has been leaps & bounds above ANY other talent agency that I have worked with. Normally, I am on the client side of working with talent agencies but have been on the candidate side as well. This time was on the candidate side & I cannot verbalize the professionalism, transparency, & overall personal touch that I experienced.
Lacey made sure that all of my questions were answered, all meetings were scheduled precisely, used her industry knowledge to give advice, & followed up with me on a frequent basis to update me throughout the entire process.
