I highly recommend 33Persona. They are an outstanding and dedicated group of individuals that have such talent! I specifically worked with Abdi that is the best recruiter I’ve worked with in Southern California. He is a true professional with an innate ability to listen to candidates’ needs and to match them with wonderful opportunities. Once you start working with him, you understand he has a superior work ethic and it’s hard not to respect that.
Other traits I valued in him was his kindness and determination to help me transition to the role and work environment I was looking for. I could tell he wanted to realistically meet both the expectations and needs for his clients and candidates. He is a gem in the sea of San Diego recruiters and is one contact I will hold onto dearly. I cannot say enough good things about 33Persona! Having worked with other recruiters before, I didn’t know what to expect going in, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was treated first and foremost like a person rather than a commodity. Every single team member is kind, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile to find the job that’s right for you.
Job hunting can be stressful and, quite frankly, pretty soul-crushing at times, but 33Persona made the process so much easier!! Not only did they line up interviews for me almost immediately within education, they sent prep materials for each interview, and made sure to follow-up for feedback afterwards. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who’s in need of some help looking for a job!
