If I could give them 0 stars I would. What a bunch of crooks! The absolutely worst staffing agency I have ever worked for. Almost every paycheck I got from them was short. The deposits would be late up to 2-3 days sometimes. Last time I worked for them they shortened me $3 and refused to pay. And when I complained about it they have just fired me! This company needs to be reported to Better Business Bureau

My first day with 3way has been the best experience by far especially if your like me needing a second chance in life but no one care . They definitely Do . Thanks to Rob and the whole freeway staffing I was able to get a job and provide for myself

Working with this company was everything we needed for our business. We requested 15 General laborers within 48 hours of a new project, and oh my, I must say, 3 way staffing definitely delivered! We were very impressed that their company van showed up with all 15 workers and one extra ready for work. The owners, Mr. & Mrs. James, even showed up in safety vests and hardhats as well. This company rocks, and truly cares about their clients and staff.
