They simply do not complete their task of forwarding meter data to the network operator.

Incredibly unfriendly, rarely if not ever experienced something as outrageous as this telephone conversation…. When making the appointment, they don’t point out that there is a time window of 2.5 hours and then you are insulted when you ask where the mechanic is…. With statements like “don’t care” and “that’s the way it is now” in response to my problem that I need a shift in working hours and childcare at short notice… just plain cheeky!!!! If it were possible I would give 0 stars…

Working for the local electricity company and just doing it in an amateur way. If you simply want written information about who commissioned it or an email, then that is a foreign concept there. You will only be laughed at by an unprofessional telephone operator.
Sad. In 4 months they have been there 3 times… who pays for that? We’ve come this far. On the one hand, I’m surprised why electricity should be read in times of the wonderful smart meter. Find the error…
