180one had the daunting task of filling an extremely important position for a growing marketing department at FLIR Systems. Our business is extremely diverse, and we work in a demanding, high-volume environment. The Chief Marketing Officer had extremely high expectations for who should fill the role. Our internal HR team provided him with dozens of candidates for the role, but he was not satisfied with any of them.
We made the decision to bring on 180one because we had interviewed countless candidates, and the position had been open for almost a full year. Time was ticking, and we needed to move quickly to fill the role.
180one immediately started bringing great resumes, and we were presented with 5 strong, extremely qualified candidates. The CMO even remarked that if he had interviewed any of the 5 candidates earlier in the year he would have hired them on the spot.
