180one has been a fantastic resource for our recruiting needs. We are a large beverage distributor and our hiring needs are extremely diverse. 180one has jumped in and helped us find those really hard to find candidates when we have exhausted our internal resources or we just have too much on our plates. They offer excellent advice and much needed direction when we aren’t exactly sure what path to take. They are flexible and very accessible and I always come away from our interactions thinking of possibilities rather than limitations. 180one effectively and efficiently adds value with each critical hire.

180one had the daunting task of filling an extremely important position for a growing marketing department at FLIR Systems. Our business is extremely diverse, and we work in a demanding, high-volume environment. The Chief Marketing Officer had extremely high expectations for who should fill the role. Our internal HR team provided him with dozens of candidates for the role, but he was not satisfied with any of them. We made the decision to bring on 180one because we had interviewed countless candidates, and the position had been open for almost a full year. Time was ticking, and we needed to move quickly to fill the role. 180one immediately started bringing great resumes, and we were presented with 5 strong, extremely qualified candidates. The CMO even remarked that if he had interviewed any of the 5 candidates earlier in the year he would have hired them on the spot. I happen to report to the Director of PR, and I am so grateful to have him on board. I’m also grateful to 180one for finding the right candidate for the job, AND for giving me a great mentor to learn from.
