Had the most amazing and greatest experience with my recruiter SGT first class Dawson, although I doubt he could say the same for me, being that I was job locked, had medical waivers and was honestly a pretty big hassle. I never once got the impression that I was bothering Dawson, even after he stayed super long hours with me going over jobs and questions repeatedly many times on different days. Not exaggerating when I say I was being a hassle, yet he never brought it up and was always happy to see me. Dawson really helped ease my mind and find me the absolute best career path. He was always super patient, kind and very understanding. The best recruiter hands down. In my initial experience even before meeting Dawson I was shot down because of my medical records and wasn’t able to do certain jobs because of my vision. I was truly feeling frustrated until I met Dawson, who not only got me medically cleared super fast but also got me my dream job with an airborne option. I never thought I would be actually seeing my dreams come to fruition but with Dawson he made it possible don’t just Go Army ,Go Dawson!!!

I can’t recommend Matt Dawson and his team enough. I served in the National Guard for 6 years and decided to separate – long story short I had a 5 year break in service and decided to re-enlist for active duty. Matt helped me every step of the way!
