Job Brief

The Records Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of clerical and administrative support staff within the records management department. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in records management or a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in records management software and electronic document management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to records retention and privacy.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Certifications in Records Management (e.g., CRM, RIM) are a plus.
