Responsibilities

- Prepare reports and presentations on records management metrics for upper management.
- Assist in the development of training programs for staff on records management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in records management or a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in records management software and electronic document management systems.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to records retention and privacy.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Certifications in Records Management (e.g., CRM, RIM) are a plus.
