1. Late Pay — The first late pay was for the check due around Thanksgiving. When I complained, the head manager said, “Happy Thanksgiving”. It happened again, I complained again, and they terminated me.
2. Staffing – For every 1 driver I helped get permitted – lost 3.
3. Financial – This ties back to the late pay. Many contracts are gone.
4. Reorg/Restructure – Layoffs. I was an Ambassador and helped the drivers get permits. They moved me to a newly created Candidate Experience Specialist role. It combines three jobs into one (Recruiter, Ambassador, and onboarding Office Clerk). Office Clerk was where most candidates left. If two Office Clerks didn’t drive retention, how can a Candidate Experience Specialist succeed in a position that combines 5 people’s workload?
