1. Late Pay — The first late pay was for the check due around Thanksgiving. When I complained, the head manager said, “Happy Thanksgiving”. It happened again, I complained again, and they terminated me. 2. Staffing – For every 1 driver I helped get permitted – lost 3. 3. Financial – This ties back to the late pay. Many contracts are gone. 4. Reorg/Restructure – Layoffs. I was an Ambassador and helped the drivers get permits. They moved me to a newly created Candidate Experience Specialist role. It combines three jobs into one (Recruiter, Ambassador, and onboarding Office Clerk). Office Clerk was where most candidates left. If two Office Clerks didn’t drive retention, how can a Candidate Experience Specialist succeed in a position that combines 5 people’s workload?

Troy Bailey the property damage adjuster for first student should be fired for how lazy, and incompetent he is. My car was hit by a school bus almost a month ago and Troy did a terrible job communicating with me and the shop fixing my car. He made the process for myself and the body shop fixing my car 10 times more difficult by not replying to emails and lying about things he said he did but in fact did not do.

I traveled across the country to hand deliver letters to all corporate executives, and no access was granted. There is no email listed online, no phone number. I gave the letters to the front desk associate of the building, who ensured delivery. Weeks have passed, and I have not received any response. I came to speak about a serious multi incident case of discrimination affecting multiple people. No response was given. I will try one more time to resolve this case before taking legal action. This is Jacob Pattison.
