went here to try and get help finding a job none of the workers say hello to welcome you in . The one woman which was new obviously didn’t know much . Another woman was trying to help me with something walks away then started helping two other people when I’m still waiting to be helped . No one checks in to see if you need help waste of time coming here .

This place is the worst! I held a degree and went there for work assistance back in 2013. The person I was assigned to asked me the same repetitive question. “Have you found a job?” “No I would reply, that’s why I’m here.” I would be given another appointment and repeat the same senseless cycle. The person once told me that I should not have a problem finding employment because of my degree, so why did they take my case then? To get the credit for work they weren’t doing ???? I found my own employment and they had the nerve to try to get the credit for the new job that I found! I never heard from them during my unemployment status but once I FOUND MY OWN EMPLOYMENT I could not get rid of them, for months they e-mailed me trying to get me to give them the credit after doing absolutely nothing for me. This place is useless to our community and my heart goes out to all who have gotten their hopes up only to be ignored. The staff that I encountered are only there for their own paycheck! After reading these recent reviews proves that this place needs to be investigated by the County or Government throughly! If I could give them zero stars I would.

5 Stars for Larissa!! I just want to thank Larissa for her kindness and professionalism today. She ended up being a light in such a stressful situation. I was a little overwhelmed already with technical issues, but her demeanor was so lovely it helped me be more calm. I’m grateful she was at this location and I was lucky enough to have her help me. Although my issue wasn’t resolved 100% she helped me move forward with confidence and was very transparent about how the process could be. Thank you! The volunteer at the front desk was very friendly as well.
