I was contacted by the nDeva team regarding a potential opportunity. After reviewing the details, I expressed my interest while acknowledging some knowledge gaps I would need to address. I was asked if I could join a call within 30 minutes, but due to prior client commitments, I requested an alternative time. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response.
After multiple follow-ups without success, I decided to reach out to the hiring company directly. They were receptive, and after an interview, we moved to the next stage of discussions. While we ultimately agreed that the role might not be the right fit, I appreciated the opportunity to engage with them and the professionalism they demonstrated.
Based on my experience, I did not find the nDeva team particularly responsive or engaged in the process. I hope they improve their communication and candidate support to better serve both professionals and hiring companies in the future.

I had a fantastic candidate experience with Kris. From first message through to signing the offer, Kris was extremely professional and empathetic with the process. He is also an extremely intelligent and all round great human which made the process even more enjoyable.
