I wish there were 10 stars for Google reviews! I couldn’t recommend MM more. I own a small business and had a studio in North Philly. I reached out to them about getting a studio closer to my home. They showed me what was then an unused space in one of their building, and in just a few months, their team transformed it into one of the coolest sewing studios in Philly, at least in my opinion 😉 I love showing it off whenever a student walks in. They’ve always been responsive and professional. Their work around the city speaks for itself – The Civic (definitely check out Libertee Grounds and Modern Republic!), Pyramid Lofts, Waterworks and next spring, Poth – they’re all about preserving Philly’s history, culture and community. That’s something you don’t find nowadays.

Absolutely terrible experiencing living in a property owned by MMPartners LLC. Terrible communication. They put in absolute bare minimum effort to ensure buildings are kept up to livable standards. They keep employees on their payroll who do an absolute terrible job. If the way they manage their brewery town portfolio has anything to do with how they manage their other locations – this place is heading for trouble. Examples: sprinkler alarm system not functional went off randomly almost every day for 6 weeks straight. Children, babies, animals live here. reminder – this is at decibel levels that can immediately damage hearing. Will not get you key fab access to parking lot or building unless you beg, call constantly, email, text, send smoke signal. Seriously – just to get into the apartment you pay for Gym – leaks everywhere. Not cleaned. Bugs, equipment broken. Security – fab system issues. Strangers coming in stealing packages and bikes Apartment filled with dirt and mechanical issues when we got here elevator always breaking Trash shoots breaking left and right The list goes on and on. All of this and the tenants have to scream for help to get the most basic requirements met. The people who live in properties owned by this place should have to put tenants on the pay roll for all the work they do. My recommendation: do not live in a building owned or managed by them. Do not partner with them.

As Property Developers they do some really impressive projects, especially re-use developments…however they should really get out of the Property Management business as there is clearly no passion there. We lived in the Bornot Dye Works for 1 year; some maintenance requests took more than 6 months to complete, zero customer service and empathy for tenants. Avoid living in an MM Partners property if you can – which is a shame as the properties are often v cool.
