I recently visited this company to inquire about a job opening, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was frankly unacceptable—the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I politely asked a few basic questions about the job, she abruptly said, “No, I won’t tell you anything—you need to submit your resume first.” I found the overall environment to be disorganized and unprofessional. There was no sense of structure or courtesy, and the behavior I witnessed lacked basic respect for job seekers. Based on my experience, I do not recommend applying for a job at this company. If this is how they treat people at the door, I can only imagine what it’s like to work there

Was calling regarding a job availabile. Called, upon the call I got no greeting or confirmation that I was calling MOA. All I got was a “Hello?”, very unprofessional. I asked if this was MOA? “Yes.” Is this job available? “Yes.” Where is it located? “Idk” can you check? ”Give me a second”. Everything about this call was shady, I wasn’t even sure if I had the wrong number or not. If it wasn’t for the directory connecting me I would of thought I was talking to a stranger. The very last question I asked was her name, Virginia was her name. Yeah, I won’t be calling again, very bad first impression.

I had an interview at MOA staffing in Roanoke on Tuesday at 3:30 PM. I got there on time. I had my interview and I was told I would be added to the list to attend orientation Friday. Which means I was hired. Then yesterday I took 3 other people to the job to interview. Then today I find out that I’m NOT hired but one of the people I took yesterday was hired. How did I go from being hired to NOT being hired overnight?!? Then to top it all off, I had already quit my job at Amazon once I was told I was hired!! Now I have NO job!!!!! And Diana doesn’t care AT ALL!!!
