Martin Fletcher – I wish I could say something nice but this company is decieving, poaches other employees from fellow staffing firms and genuinely does not have your best interest at hand (unless you are related to the founders). I started this job in hopes of finding my next career and put everything I had into it; from Day 1 I was fooled and was being told to get out and protect myself from fellow co-workers and being told that “my day would come” and I ignored it… why?! Because I had faith and thought MF was different! Boy, was I wrong! In my year less than a year of employment I witnessed extreme favoritism, company hazing where employees where actually the target of cruel pranks (not to mention, HR wasn’t putting a stop to it – just being told, this is how you become one of the group!), employees being overworked to the point they are leaving with tears in their eyes because there isn’t any help coming and being told in an insensitive manner, “to step it up, no help is coming!” …and this is from Jacquie in HR?! Yes, that title was HR! …Or maybe the fact that Jacquie in HR walks around with a donation basket anytime there is a fundraiser and walks cube-to-cube ans asks for a donation right there in front of everyone! …okay, Jacquie – you can take my last $5 because I don’t want to look like the insensitive emloypee who just truly couldn’t afford to donate! Martin Fletcher I thought was going to be a great company, instead employees come onboard with a nice base salary but are not offered any type of training, come into a very set favorited sales floor and are constantly wondering, “when the end is coming”. It’s painful to witness, because this could all be put to rest with just some simple communication from leadership. I, honestly, and truly believed Martin Fletcher would be my forever home, but I was blindsided with a lay-off and not given any type of severance to make it through, instead I was told – “we are letting you go first thing this morning, so you can have all day to start searching!” …Oh goodie, how kind of you!! I guess it’s the good ole, take what you can get! I encourage you to stay away or just be weary going into it. This company is poaching and it’s because they are in trouble, but take advantage of it if you need it because they certainly treat their key producer like gold. If you are a facility in need, PRICE CHECK! They are continually adjusting their prices based on what they think YOU CAN AFFORD.
