They RARELY answer the phone. You ALWAYS have to leave a message and hope they call you back. Much different with Edward Jones. They take customer service VERY SERIOUSLY. That’s why I moved my business away from Merrill Lynch.

They do not know the money investment
After merge with B of A the quality of ML has been dropped
I found out the muni bond that I like for them
And they put in my account
My account was transfer to another manager but no change just left there few months
No advice no any investment review
And they wanted me to leave the ML
Please do not leave the fund ML you may loose your money
